Description
The Macromatic VWKE120A is a compact, 17.5 mm modular voltage band monitoring relay designed to protect sensitive single-phase electrical equipment operating on a 120 VAC nominal power supply. By continuously checking input voltage levels, the VWKE120A ensures connected machinery remains energized only when the voltage stays within user-defined upper and lower limits, dropping out if overvoltage or undervoltage conditions occur.
Featuring front-panel adjustment dials for setting overvoltage (80–150 VAC) and undervoltage (30–95% of the overvoltage setting), this 35mm DIN rail-mounted relay includes an adjustable drop-out time delay (0.1 to 10 seconds) to prevent nuisance tripping from momentary voltage transients. Equipped with a high-capacity 15A SPDT output contact, silver alloy contacts, and clear dual LED indicators (Green for voltage present, Red for relay energized), the VWKE120A provides reliable power protection for industrial control panels, motors, and automation systems.
