Store Credit Program
Earn Rewards with Every Purchase!
The Vanco Store Credit Program rewards registered Vanco web account holders for eligible purchases made through the Vanco website. With every eligible purchase, you automatically earn Store Credit Points that can be redeemed for Store Credit on future eligible purchases. You earn 1 Store Credit Point for every $10.00 in eligible purchases, and every 10 Store Credit Points are worth $1.00 in Store Credit.
For example: $1,000 eligible purchase → 100 points → $10.00 Store Credit
Your available Store Credit Points are associated with your Vanco web account and can be viewed and redeemed through your account.

Mechanics

Eligible Net Purchase Amount ÷ 10 = Points Earned
Points may be awarded in fractional amounts where applicable. Points are added to your Vanco web account after payment has been confirmed and the order has been marked as completed.

Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Vanco Store Credit Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Vanco Store Credit Program (the “Program”), including the earning and redemption of Store Credit Points through your Vanco web account. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies referenced herein.
1. Eligibility
The Vanco Store Credit Program is available to customers with a registered Vanco web account.
Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Vanco may determine whether an account, transaction, purchase, or order qualifies for participation or points under the Program, subject to applicable law.
2. Earning Store Credit Points
2.1 Points Calculation
Store Credit Points are earned on eligible purchases made through the Vanco website while using an eligible Vanco web account.
Points are calculated using the following formula:
For example:
| Eligible Purchase | Points Earned | Store Credit Value |
|---|---|---|
| $100.00 | 10 points | $1.00 |
| $250.00 | 25 points | $2.50 |
| $1,000.00 | 100 points | $10.00 |
| $2,500.00 | 250 points | $25.00 |
2.2 Eligible Purchase Amount
Points are calculated using the net purchase amount after applicable discounts and before applicable taxes and shipping or delivery charges.
Taxes, shipping or delivery charges, discounts, and other excluded amounts do not qualify for points.
2.3 Ineligible Transactions
Points are not earned on:
- Taxes.
- Shipping or delivery charges.
- Discounts applied to an order.
- Canceled orders.
- Refunded orders.
- Returned products.
- Unpaid or incomplete orders.
- Transactions or purchases specifically excluded by Vanco.
3. When Points Are Awarded
Points are not considered earned solely because an order has been placed.
Points are added to the customer’s Vanco web account after payment has been confirmed and the order has been marked as completed.
Vanco may delay the awarding of points where an order is subject to payment verification, review, cancellation, return, refund, or other circumstances that may affect eligibility.
4. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Adjustments
If an order that generated Store Credit Points is subsequently canceled, returned, refunded, reversed, or otherwise adjusted, Vanco may reverse or deduct the points originally awarded in connection with that transaction.
If points have already been redeemed before the related purchase is refunded or reversed, Vanco may make a corresponding adjustment to the customer’s Store Credit balance or apply the applicable amount against a future transaction, subject to applicable law.
5. Redeeming Store Credit Points
Store Credit Points may be redeemed toward eligible future purchases through the customer’s Vanco web account.
Store Credit may only be applied toward eligible purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
Vanco may establish reasonable minimum or maximum redemption amounts, purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other redemption conditions and will provide notice of those conditions where applicable.
6. No Maximum Account Balance
There is currently no maximum number of Store Credit Points that may be accumulated in a Vanco web account.
Vanco may establish or modify reasonable redemption limits or other Program conditions in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
7. Points Have No Cash Value
Store Credit Points are promotional rewards provided under the Vanco Store Credit Program.
Points are not legal tender, are not a deposit, do not accrue interest, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
8. Expiration Due to Inactivity
Store Credit Points do not expire solely because a particular calendar date has been reached or because a fixed period of time has passed.
However, Store Credit Points may expire after 12 consecutive months of qualifying inactivity, subject to applicable law.
For purposes of the Program, qualifying activity means either:
- Earning Store Credit Points through an eligible purchase; or
- Redeeming Store Credit Points toward an eligible purchase.
Any qualifying activity resets the applicable 12-month inactivity period.
Where required by applicable law, Vanco may provide notice before points are removed due to inactivity using the email address or other contact information associated with the customer’s web account.
Customers are responsible for maintaining current and accurate contact information on their Vanco web account.
9. No Annual Reset
Store Credit Points do not automatically reset at the end of a calendar year.
Points remain available unless they are redeemed, reversed or adjusted under these Terms, removed following qualifying inactivity, or otherwise affected in accordance with applicable law.
10. Account Information
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current information associated with their Vanco web account, including their email address and other contact information.
Vanco is not responsible for communications that cannot be delivered because the information provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
11. Non-Transferability
Store Credit Points are associated with the Vanco web account through which they were earned.
Points may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged between unrelated accounts.
Vanco may, at its discretion, permit an account adjustment or transfer between accounts where Vanco can reasonably verify that the accounts belong to the same customer or legal entity.
12. Program Misuse and Fraud
The Store Credit Program is intended for legitimate purchases and use through a Vanco web account.
Vanco may investigate activity that it reasonably believes involves fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized account access, false information, or misuse of the Program.
Where Vanco reasonably determines that Program misuse has occurred, Vanco may, subject to applicable law:
- Reverse improperly awarded points.
- Correct an inaccurate points balance.
- Restrict or suspend point redemption.
- Suspend participation in the Store Credit Program.
- Suspend or terminate the applicable web account.
- Take other reasonable action necessary to protect the integrity of the Program.
13. Account Closure
If a customer’s Vanco web account is permanently closed, any unused Store Credit Points associated with that account may be affected, subject to applicable law and any rights the customer may have under these Terms and Conditions.
14. Program Changes
Vanco may modify the Store Credit Program from time to time, including:
- The rate at which points are earned.
- The redemption value of points.
- Eligible or excluded purchases.
- Redemption conditions.
- Minimum or maximum redemption amounts.
- The inactivity period.
- Account eligibility requirements.
- Other Program rules.
Vanco will provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law or these Terms and Conditions.
Changes will not be applied in a manner that excludes, limits, or waives rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or waived.
15. Program Suspension or Discontinuation
Vanco may suspend or discontinue the Store Credit Program, subject to applicable law.
If Vanco discontinues the Program, Vanco will communicate any applicable treatment of outstanding points and any applicable redemption period or other transition arrangements.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to waive or restrict any rights or protections provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
16. Technical and Administrative Errors
Vanco is not responsible for temporary website interruptions, system outages, software errors, processing delays, or other technical issues that may temporarily affect the display or processing of Store Credit Points.
If points are incorrectly awarded due to a technical, administrative, or system error, Vanco may correct the points balance.
Where Vanco determines that a customer has been incorrectly credited or debited, Vanco may make a reasonable correction to the account.
17. Communications
Vanco may communicate with participating customers regarding Store Credit Points, account activity, program changes, expiration due to inactivity, and other matters relating to the Program using the contact information associated with the customer’s web account.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
18. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the customer’s transaction, together with the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Where Ontario law applies, these Terms and Conditions are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and its applicable regulations, as amended from time to time.
Where the laws of another Canadian province or territory apply to a customer’s transaction, any mandatory consumer protection requirements of that jurisdiction will apply to the extent required by law.
19. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a Vanco web account, participating in the Store Credit Program, earning Store Credit Points, or redeeming Store Credit Points, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions will be made available on the Vanco website.
