microNexus™ Motor Protection Filters

The microNexus™ Motor Protection Filter delivers complete electrical protection for VFD-driven motors in a compact, space-saving design. Built on the proven performance of MTE’s award-winning SineWave Nexus®, microNexus integrates advanced common-mode and differential-mode filtering into a micro-sized package designed for today’s small and compact drive systems.

By eliminating voltage spikes, reflective wave distortion, and harmful common-mode voltage, microNexus protects motor windings, bearings, cables, and drives from the electrical stresses that cause premature failure. It prevents bearing pitting, frosting, and fluting while reducing motor noise, heating, and cable degradation—significantly extending the life of motors and connected equipment.

Designed for easy integration, microNexus fits directly into VFD cabinets, reduces the need for extra wiring and cable trays, and supports multiple motor cables in a single conduit. It also eliminates the need for shaft grounding rings, common-mode chokes, and inductive absorbers, providing a true electrical solution for long-term motor reliability.
