Description
The ABB OT63F3P Front Operated Non-Fusible Disconnect Switch is a three-pole disconnect switch designed for industrial power distribution, motor control, and electrical isolation applications. With a 60 A UL/CSA ampere rating and a 63 A IEC operational current rating under specified conditions, it provides reliable manual switching for three-phase electrical systems. The switch is rated for operation up to 600 V AC under applicable UL/CSA specifications and supports motor applications up to 30 hp at 480–600 V AC.
Part of ABB’s OT Series, the OT63F3P features a compact, modular design for base and DIN-rail mounting in industrial control panels and electrical distribution assemblies. Its protected clamp terminals help reduce the risk of accidental contact with live electrical connections. The front-operated mechanism provides clear switch position indication and supports manual isolation during equipment servicing and maintenance.
The OT63F3P kit includes an OHB65J6 pistol handle and an OXP6X170 operating shaft for external operation. The handle can be padlocked in the OFF position with up to three padlocks and supports door interlocking to help prevent the enclosure from opening while the switch is ON. Incoming power can be connected from either the top or bottom, providing flexibility during installation.
