Description

The ABB OT25F3P Front Operated Non-Fusible Open Disconnect Switch is a three-pole disconnect switch designed for industrial power distribution, motor control, and electrical isolation applications. Rated at 30 A and 600 V AC under applicable UL/CSA specifications, it supports motor applications up to 20 hp and provides a reliable means of manually disconnecting electrical circuits.

Part of ABB’s OT Series, the OT25F3P features a compact, modular design with surface mounting and screw-terminal connections for integration into industrial control panels and electrical assemblies. Its finger-proof, dead-front construction and terminal shrouds help reduce the risk of accidental contact with live electrical parts. The quick-make, quick-break operating mechanism supports dependable switching performance, while clear position markings make it easy to identify the switch status.

The assembly includes a compatible pistol handle and operating shaft for front operation. The handle supports padlocking in the OFF position with up to three padlocks, and the operating mechanism provides door interlocking to help prevent the enclosure from opening while the switch is ON. Incoming power can be connected from either the top or bottom, providing flexibility during installation.
