Functionality
The GRI-2605 water sensor operates using no mechanical parts. Instead, it is triggered by a moisture bridge across the sensor contacts. When moisture is detected, the sensor applies 5V to the connected ControlByWeb product’s digital input, turning it ‘On.’ This signal triggers the ControlByWeb product to perform various actions, such as sending email/text alerts and/or activating relays in local or remote locations.
