The Mersen A70QS125-4 is a high-speed 125A semiconductor protection fuse rated for 700V AC and 700V DC, designed to protect dynamic solid-state equipment such as motor drives, UPS systems, and other power electronic equipment. Part of the Amp-Trap® A70QS series, this fuse features lower I²t for improved semiconductor protection, longer service life under cyclic loading, and lower power losses compared with traditional high-speed semiconductor fuses.
