In this sample project, we used ControlByWeb’s X-405 Temperature Module and 1-Wire Temperature Sensors to create a remote temperature monitoring system for a large warehouse. The X-405, a versatile web-enabled module, connects seamlessly with multiple 1-Wire sensors, allowing us to monitor various zones across the facility. Using ControlByWeb’s intuitive web-based interface, we configured real-time alerts to notify staff immediately if temperatures in any zone rise above safe thresholds. This setup not only protects temperature-sensitive products but also enhances energy efficiency by providing insights into temperature consistency throughout the warehouse. This project highlights how ControlByWeb devices can transform monitoring and automation in industrial environments.
